There is no conference fee for COOLMAG2025.

Both abstract submission and registration are available directly through this website. However, please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically count as registration.

In our experience, it is not uncommon for some participants to submit an abstract but ultimately not attend. On the other hand, it is very unlikely that someone would register without intending to present – and we appreciate that.

To help us with logistics and planning, we kindly ask you to complete your registration once you have confirmed your travel arrangements (e.g. booked flights and accommodation). This will help us prepare the program and organize meals and materials more efficiently.

We also kindly ask all presenters to bring their presentation in PDF format on a USB stick, so it can be uploaded to the conference computer on the day of their talk. Alternatively, the file can be sent in advance to the email address provided on the "Contact" page.
