Getting to Košice

Košice, the second-largest city in Slovakia, is easily accessible by air.

Košice International Airport (KSC) is located approximately 10 km from the city center. To reach downtown Košice:

• Bus No. 23 runs hourly from 05:09 to 22:09. Tickets (€0.90 for 30 minutes) can be purchased at vending machines at the airport.

• Taxi: A ride from the airport to the city center costs approximately €20.

From Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport (BUD), located about 260 km from Košice, several transfer options are available:

• Flixbus international coach: One-way ticket from around €24.

• Shuttle services: CassoviaExpress or Izijet (approximately €54, online booking required).
